Don't forget to post the OSHA 300-A Summary by February 1, 2002. Keep it posted until May 1st. Hang it in a place where it will easily seen by your employees.

Make sure a company official signs the document to certify that it is true and complete.

If none of your employees were injured or diagnosed with an occupational illness during the year, a Summary must still be completed and posted. Just enter zeros for the TOTAL.

Take notice that effective January 1, 2002, employers must implement the newly revised recordkeeping standard. This revision includes new forms and procedures.
